What types of events can you organize?
Making a dream come true: Designing a unique, tailor-made experience to help you fulfill one of your most cherished wishes. Even more special if you do it for someone special...
Bachelor/Bachelorette Party: Planning an unforgettable, fun, and personalized day or weekend to celebrate the end of single life. Bringing together people who don't necessarily know each other for a day—sometimes a source of conflict, but also an opportunity to have an exceptional time.
Themed Party: Imagining and organizing an evening around a chosen theme, with custom-designed decor, entertainment, and atmosphere.
Family Celebration: Gathering loved ones for a warm and perfectly orchestrated event, suitable for all generations.
Birthday: Designing a personalized, festive, and memorable celebration for young and old alike.
Proposal: Creating a romantic and unique setting to make this moment an unforgettable memory. It seems people remember the proposal more than the wedding itself... Eliott is making sure of that.
Gender Reveal: Staging a tender, creative, or spectacular reveal to announce the baby's gender.
Travel: Organizing a tailor-made trip, optimized and adapted to the desires, budget, and style of the group or couple.
Happening: Imagining a surprise, artistic, or impactful event to leave a lasting impression.
Seminar: Planning a comprehensive, effective, and engaging professional meeting with a structured program.
Team Building: Creating collaborative activities to strengthen team cohesion, communication, and motivation.
Gift: Designing a unique, personalized, and symbolic present to mark a special occasion. Eliott loves a challenge: a childhood toy, a toy car from your living room, etc... it doesn't matter...
Other: Imagining any special event according to your specific needs and desires. We have no limits...even weddings, if Eliott can really add his creative touch.
I see you don't offer wedding planning services. Is that intentional?
We would be happy to manage your wedding, but only if the project is original and a little out of the ordinary.
Once I've filled out and submitted the form, what happens next?
Eliott starts working on the project, contacts you to get any missing information (e.g., does everyone have a passport?), and then negotiates booking dates with the various vendors to create a proposal that reflects your vision. If the general outline of the project suits you, you pay, and then all you have to do is get everyone to the meeting place on the day and relax.
If you'd like to surprise yourself, we'll only give you the detailed information at the last minute!
Under what circumstances do you refuse to organize and/or plan events?
Eliott insists that events be tailor-made, and this requires some work. Therefore, if the timeframe is too short, we may prefer not to do it rather than do it less well.
The budget: obviously, this is a topic of discussion, even though a great time doesn't necessarily mean a big budget (NB: At Eliott, the reverse isn't true either). A marriage proposal at the foot of Stromboli isn't feasible for 100 euros, and a seminar with a total budget of 2,000 euros can lead to a wave of resignations.
There are no hard and fast rules; we don't insist on reaching your target budget either. If we're too far off, we'd rather not do it than do it badly.
What is a good timeframe for organizing my event?
Again, it depends a lot on the project. The more time we have, the more choices we have, and the better the prices. This applies to flights, restaurants, concerts, parks, trains, and us :)
